Elizabeth Stotser, Executive Director
Elizabeth has a diverse background in long term care and regulatory compliance. With experience in Independent Senior Living, Memory Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Hospital care, Elizabeth has the a wide skillset throughout all levels of the senior care spectrum. Her passion for working with seniors began at a young age as a volunteer at a local nursing home. Her desire to improve the lives for seniors in the skilled nursing setting has only grown since, with a devotion to ensuring excellent quality of care and customer service satisfaction for each of the communities she has served.
Elizabeth earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Missouri State University in 2008 and became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2011. As an Executive Director she has led her facilities in compliance with State and Federal regulations, customer service, and strong quality of care outcomes. With her extensive experience in provision of care, customer service, and monitoring adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines, she has been successful in her mission to make an impact on the lives of those she serves. Through her wide range of industry knowledge and keen eye for resident comfort and nursing care, she identifies new and dynamic ways to provide excellent care and personalized services throughout each department of her facility.
